One fell victim to it. Fortunately, Google has been pretty good with rectifying this problem to the extent they can. It actually is pretty easy to see how, it looks just like adwords! I contacted Google 3 weeks ago, but so far they have not replied to my email. Extremely bad service from google, they themselves can put this type of message on their website.
